Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use our website easily. It has been designed and revised in line with the WCAG 2.1, level AA guidelines.
Compliance status
This website is partially accessible. The content from other providers listed below may not fully meet the requirements.
What we have implemented
- Full keyboard operation, a visible focus outline and a “Skip to content” link
- An “Adjust view” control (bottom right): text size in three steps, colour scheme, light or dark display, switching off animations
- Your device's “reduce motion” setting is respected automatically
- Sufficient colour contrast for text and buttons
- A clear heading structure, image descriptions and labelled form fields
- The site works at high magnification (up to 200 %) and on mobile phones
Content that is not fully accessible
- Online enquiry tool (Clickforms): loaded from an external provider. Alternatively, you can reach us by phone, WhatsApp, email or via the callback form.
- Google reviews (Elfsight): external widget.
- Video on YouTube: played on YouTube; subtitles are not currently available.
- Graphics containing text (e.g. the offer graphic): the content is also provided as text on the page.
